The State Bank of India has released the notification for the RECRUITMENT OF SPECIALIST CADRE OFFICERS IN SBI ON CONTRACT BASIS. Candidates are requested to apply Online through the link given on Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers

Registration
Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on the SBI website https://bank.sbi/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and pay the application fee using the Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.
Last Date of Registration is 13-07-2022.
Candidates should fill out the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, the candidate should submit the same. The candidate should note down the registration number and password. Once the application is filled out completely, the candidate should submit the same and proceed for online payment of the fee.
After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system-generated online application forms.
Application Fees
Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) are 750/- (Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
Application Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account NOR can it be adjusted for any other examination or selection in the future.

Selection Process
Shortlisting
The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Interview
The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank.
Merit List
The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.
